TrackRoad offers a comprehensive solution for optimizing routes and enhancing communication among users. By entering preferred locations, users can streamline their journeys, either by using a single vehicle or coordinating multiple vehicles across thousands of destinations.

The real-time tracking feature allows you to monitor group members with ease. Simply navigate to the user list and select the individual you wish to track.

For group communication, the walkie-talkie functionality enables instant interaction. Access the user list, press and hold the "mic" button next to a user, and release when finished. Alternatively, you can address all group members simultaneously by selecting the "Everyone" option at the top of the list.

To effectively optimize your route, adhere to the following steps:

1. Input each stop location.
2. Select "Build Route" to allocate stops among designated drivers.
3. Distribute the optimized routes for GPS tracking and instantaneous updates among drivers.
4. Geofencing indicates arrival (the stop will turn yellow) as you approach and completion (the stop will turn green) upon departure.
5. Utilize the walkie-talkie feature (operable via WiFi or cellular data).
6. Receive audio navigation instructions and turn-by-turn directions.
7. Access auto-navigation capabilities.
8. Monitor assets in real time with customizable tracking intervals (every hour, minute, or every 20 seconds).
9. Capture signatures and enable two-way note sharing at each location.
